Research and Monitoring
The Foundation's continuing professional development programme is scientifically based and meets the highest quality standards. We ensure quality through regular surveys of our target groups, through studies and expert reports, as well as through continuous professional exchange with experts and scientists in the field of early STEM Education for Sustainable Development.
Publications
The Foundation publishes the findings of accompanying scientific research and completed studies, making them transparent and accessible to the interested public.
Studies
Multiple studies and research projects evaluate the work of the Foundation and support the development of new topics.
Quality monitoring
The Foundation wants to continuously optimise its work and improve its educational offers. In the course of this, stakeholders who help disseminate the Foundation's programme are regularly surveyed about their experiences. The survey supports the future orientation of the Foundation's work and helps to offer all those involved the best possible conditions for their work.
Furthermore, the Foundation strives to ensure the best possible qualification of its trainers, who conduct the training locally. Through regular observation and coaching, they receive individual advice and are strengthened in their pedagogical competence.
Finally, all of the Foundation‘s products, formats, and the practicality of these are subjected to an external evaluation process. The analyses of the evaluations serve as input for improvement processes within the framework of internal quality management.
The results of the quality monitoring are published every two years in the monitoring report.
